What does "Made to Order" mean?

The Made to Order products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Because of this we ask you to choose carefully at time of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

While we are based in Australia, our distribution partners are based across the world.

Please check the product listings for individual product shipping restrictions.

Where will my product ship from?

All made to order products from Less Hustle, More Joy will be shipped our distribution partner from their closest location to you once printed for you.

When will my product ship?

Made to Order products are generally printed at the closest warehouse our distribution partners have - depending on the product.

They are usually printed within 1-5 days and shipped shortly after.

Knits have a longer lead time due to production. Please see the details on the listing.

Please allow time for your order to arrive after you have received the shipping notification. We are a small business and cannot and do not compete with retail giants. We thank you for choosing to shop small.

How do I know which colour name matches which image for products?

If you click on the colour and size option on the product page, the main product image will change to the colour option you have chosen.

When will new products be added to the site?

Currently there are no set dates for new products. Please join the Joyful Emails list below to be the first to know when they arrive.

We are working to sustainably add products and new brands to our store, which may fluctuate from month to month.
